Senior Project/Programme Manager

Are you an experienced project or programme manager with a passion for delivering complex change in the wealth management or platform sector? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives for our clients.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programmes, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to drive operational transformation and implement Target Operating Models (TOM).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programmes on time and within budget.
* Drive operational transformation, including process improvements and development of high net worth solutions.
* Design and implement Target Operating Models, managing associated change and stakeholder engagement.
* Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Proactively manage risks, issues, and resources to optimise project outcomes.
* Promote best practices and continuous improvement across all initiatives.
Key Skills:
* Significant in project/programme management, ideally in a client-facing environment.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects in wealth management, platforms, or related sectors (Financial Services is essential)
* Expertise in operations transformation and TOM development/implementation.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
* Client-focused, results-driven, and highly organised.
* Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
