Key Responsibilities
* Define and validate technical requirements and specifications across ancillary civil works.
* Lead and support technical and digital design assurance activities.
* Coordinate fully integrated civil designs, including 3D model environments.
* Manage technical interfaces across multi-disciplinary and programme stakeholders.
* Provide engineering input into early warnings, compensation events and technical queries.
* Integrate construction methodology and site logistics into design solutions.
* Ensure compliance with engineering governance, CDM duties and design processes.
* Support delivery against contract schedules and the integrated work schedule.
* Manage technical risks, surveillance activities and open design actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered or working towards).
* Strong experience across concept to construction in heavy civils or infrastructure works.
* Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical delivery.
* Knowledge of UK design standards and RIBA Plan of Work.
* Experience working in highly regulated or safety-critical environments.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Desirable: experience in nuclear projects, NEC contracts or EPR design.
