Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial support to the Accounting & Finance Department including;
3. BACS Payment entries
4. Bank reconciliation
5. Petty cash management
6. Sales and Purchase Ledger
7. Monthly journals
8. Weekly purchase receipts review
9. Other ad hoc office duties as and when required by the Office Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
10. Previous experience in AR/AP.
11. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
12. Good organisational and time management skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
