Business Administration Support Officer Location: Ashington Contract: Full Time – FTC until 31st March 2026 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £25,031.00 per annum. About the role: * Delivering quality administrative support on specialist work streams such as damp and mould, disrepair and minor works * Assisting in the planning and scheduling of trade resources * Managing enquiries from colleagues, clients and contractors and providing advice and information on the service. * Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information About you: You’ll need: * Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team * Experience of business administration * Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities * Well organised, with a positive, can-do attitude * Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail * Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook The Benefits: * 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Opportunity to working from home up to 2 days a week. * Health cash plan membership so you can save money by claiming cash back – over £1000 each year - towards essential healthcare such as dental, optical, physio and loads more.
