Salary & Benefits
1. £12,000–£12,500 per session

Workload & Structure
8. 4–10 sessions available
9. Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list
10. 30-minute F2F appointments
11. Extended home visits (1–1.5 hours)
12. Care home rounds and MDT leadership
13. Flexible start and finish times
The Practice
14. Established GP Training Practice
15. Strong MDT: Paramedics, Pharmacists, Frailty team, Physios
16. Daily visiting support (ANP/Paramedic)
17. High-dispensing, partner-owned premises
18. Strong culture of innovation and improvement
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
