This role exists to turn the client’s business into a category-leading real estate brand through high-quality, consistent social content that drives attention, credibility, and deal flow.

This is not a content executor role.

This is a content ownership role.

You will define the strategy, lead the ideas, and ensure content is consistently produced and distributed at a high level.

About the Company

The company is a UK-based real estate business operating across:

* Service accommodation
* BRRR projects
* Property education

The portfolio is real. The projects are active.

The brand, however, is under-leveraged — and this role exists to fix that fast.


The Role Overview

This is not a “social media assistant” role.

You will own the entire content engine from a strategic and output perspective:

* Ideation
* Production oversight
* Distribution
* Performance optimisation

You will work directly with the founder, capturing the vision of the business and turning it into high-performing social content at scale.

You will be supported by:

* Designers
* (Potentially) a videographer

Your job is not to “do everything” —

Your job is to ensure everything gets done properly, consistently, and effectively.


Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)

You are accountable for:

* Owning the content strategy end-to-end
* Define content direction, themes, and messaging aligned with brand positioning
* Leading content ideation
* Generate consistent, high-quality content ideas designed to drive reach and engagement
* Manage the full content pipeline to guarantee daily/consistent posting across platforms
* Managing and directing execution
* Work with editors, designers, and videographers to bring content to life at a high standard
* Manage publishing, scheduling, and optimisation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
* Structuring content for performance
* Guide hooks, storytelling, captions, and CTAs for maximum engagement and conversion
* Analysing performance and iterating
* Use data to continuously improve content performance
* Driving inbound opportunities
* Ensure content translates into DMs, leads, and deal flow


What Success Looks Like

You’re winning when:

* Social accounts scale toward 100k+ followers
* Engagement (likes, comments, shares) increases month-on-month
* Reach consistently expands beyond current audience
* Inbound DMs, leads, and deal opportunities increase
* Content output is consistent, structured, and high-quality
* The brand visually reflects a multi–eight-figure real estate business


Required Experience

This role requires ownership, judgment, and speed.

You should have:

* Proven experience in social media growth or content-led marketing
* Strong understanding of marketing psychology and platform algorithms
* Experience leading or managing content production (not just executing)
* A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and content quality
* Confidence working directly with a founder
* Ability to analyse performance and adapt quickly

You’ll regularly work with:

* Instagram / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
* CapCut (Premiere Pro is a bonus)
* Notion
* Meta toolsHybrid structure:
* Remote: strategy, planning, publishing, optimisation
* Light on-site presence: relationship building, content context, occasional capture
* Must be within 1 hour of LE2 6AN (Leicester)
* Must have own car and ability to travel when needed
* Fast-paced, execution-driven
* Minimal meetings, minimal hand-holding
* High trust, high accountability


Hours

* £2,000 – £3,000 per month (depending on experience and output)
* Build a high-visibility personal portfolio tied to a serious real estate brand
* Long-term growth as the brand scales
