Administrator Transport and Planning We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support the Transport and Planning Business Unit. This role is crucial in providing accurate information for local searches and delivering effective administrative support across the team. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate Planning and Building Control information for local searches. Research and input relevant planning, building control, and highways information into local search reports. Work closely with the Land Charges team to prioritise workloads and resolve search-related queries. Maintain and update record systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. Prepare documents and files for scanning and contribute to digital record-keeping processes. Process income and invoices efficiently and accurately. Respond to enquiries from the public and colleagues in a polite, helpful, and professional manner. Operate office equipment including photocopiers, scanners, franking machines, and fax machines. Assist with the computerisation of records and the effective use of office technologies. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting continuous improvement. Follow Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Support other tasks of a similar level across the Planning and Transport Business Unit as required. Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in the use of ICT; full training will be provided on specific systems.
