Overview
Post commences as soon as possible (subject to satisfactory completion of relevant checks), St Cedd's School is seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join our dedicated cleaning team to ensure all areas of the School are cleaned to the high standards we pride ourselves upon.
Employees of St Cedd's School have a responsibility for, and must be committed to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring that they are protected from harm. Appointment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on cleaning role working alongside the rest of the team, so previous cleaning experience is desirable. The successful candidate will be reliable and flexible, with a good work ethic and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work under pressure, have an eye for detail, take pride in your work and have a 'can do' attitude. A working knowledge of the Health and Safety measures is required and experience of using cleaning machinery and products are essential.

Hours and Benefits
Hours: 32.5 hours/week from 12:15 to 18:45 Monday to Friday for 42.6 weeks/year
