A leading boutique family law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Oxford to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Family Law Solicitor to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on high-quality, privately funded matters.
With multiple offices across the UK, the firm has built a strong national presence whilst maintaining a boutique, client-focused approach. The team advises a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex and sensitive family matters including Ancillary Relief, Divorce and Private Children Act matters.
The Role
* Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters
* Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work
* Supporting on complex and high-value cases
* Drafting court documents, applications and correspondence
* Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel
* Building strong and lasting client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking activity
* Working collaboratively across a well-established team
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE in family law
* Experience handling privately funded matters
* Strong technical knowledge of core family law disciplines
* Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
* Commercial and empathetic approach
* Motivated to progress within a specialist firm
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
