Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The role involves working on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Duties:- Utilise mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues- Use hand tools to dismantle and reassemble vehicle components- Interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems- Perform heavy lifting when required during repairs- Maintain and repair equipment used in the workshop- Assemble vehicle parts as needed- Operate power tools safely and effectively
Experience:- Proven experience in vehicle repair within the automotive industry- Ability to diagnose and repair most vehicles to a high standard - Proficiency in interpreting schematics for electrical systems and knowledge in scoping and testing electrical components - Capable of assembling vehicle components as necessary - A full drivers licence - A tidy and well presented person who is ambitious and driven in there job role
