About the Role:
This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied office role and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for raising invoices, liaising with customers, answering telephone calls, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner on Xero
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and provide updates
* Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Assist with general administrative tasks to support the wider team
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly and professional manner
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,519.49 per year
