Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical advice and lead monthly clinical reviews.
Updates to clinical Haxard Log
Collaborate with healthcare professionals internally and customers and suppliers to optimise medication therapy management.
Help utilise our health tech platform to enhance patient engagement and medication adherence.
Clinical input to new product ideas, product features, change requests and system bugs.
Clinical checking of pre-production features, managing change requests and bugs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Additional Responsibilities that ARE NOT clinical may include some of the following.
* Develop creative visual materials for presentations
* Product Development contributions
* Customer Support and onboarding
* User training
* Refresher training for current customers on new features
* Customer product feedback to the Product Delivery Team
* Potential Product Marketing Activities
* Management data reporting
* Operations Coordination
Your Background & Experience Required:
Registered Pharmacist or Accuracy Checking Technician with current licensure.
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in pharmacy practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in creating documents, reports, and visual aids is a plus.
Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
Experience or interest in health tech applications and digital health solutions.
