About the Role As the Ecommerce & Website Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management and optimisation of the company's website, ecommerce platform, product content, and digital brand experience. You'll work closely with the in‑house Photographer, Content Creator, and PPC/Social Media specialists to ensure all digital output is visually strong, on‑brand, commercially effective, and aligned with trading priorities. This role blends hands‑on execution, project ownership, and continuous optimisation, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and commercially focused environment. Key Responsibilities Website & Ecommerce Ownership Manage and optimise the company website and ecommerce platform to maximise conversions, usability, and customer experience. Oversee product uploads, imagery, descriptions, categorisations, and merchandising. Monitor site performance, traffic, and user behaviours, using insights to drive improvements. Work with developers (internal or external) to implement updates, fixes, and new features. Digital Content & Creative Collaboration Coordinate the Photographer and Content Creator to ensure high‑quality product imagery and digital assets. Maintain consistency across all visual and written content, ensuring brand standards are upheld. Plan and deliver content updates across website banners, landing pages, campaigns, and promotional activity. Digital Marketing Support Collaborate with PPC, paid social, and performance marketing teams to align website activity with campaign objectives. Ensure landing pages are optimised for traffic and conversions from PPC, email, and social activity. Support SEO improvements through content, structure, and technical recommendations. Commercial & Strategic Input Analyse product performance, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer journeys. Identify opportunities to improve AOV, on‑site engagement, and customer retention. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver trading priorities and product launches. About You 3-5 years' experience in an ecommerce or website management role. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and best‑practice UX principles. Confident working with content teams across photography, design, and copy. Commercially minded with a data‑driven approach to optimisation. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
