The Role
* Deliver a high-quality science curriculum to students across KS3–KS5
* Encourage critical thinking, experimentation, and scientific enquiry
* Adapt teaching to suit varied learning styles and abilities
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback to support student achievement

Contract Details
* Location: Poole, Dorset
* Position: Teacher of Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
* Start Date: September 2025
* Contract Type: Temp-to-perm
* Duration: Full academic year, with potential for permanent placement
* Working Hours: 8:20am – 4:00pm (subject to school schedule)
* Pay Rate: Competitive

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
* A degree in a science-related subject
* Experience teaching science in UK secondary schools
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training (we can provide this if required)
* Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills

To be eligible through Teaching Personnel, you must:
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Provide two recent, child-related references from the past two years
