Overview
Select Windsor is part of the Select Technology Group and the leading Apple Premium Reseller in the UK and Ireland with 22 stores across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We are looking for a dynamic full-time salesperson in our Windsor Store. The training you will receive will give you the opportunity to hear about new Apple products and initiatives. You will be there to share your knowledge and excite customers about the products, driving both customer satisfaction and store performance. Your role will be diverse and include opportunities to gain knowledge in visual merchandising, product and service knowledge, and sales techniques. Your success will be measured by individual productivity, store performance, and your attitude and attention to detail.
Above all else you are there to ensure that every customer receives the best shopping experience with Select from the moment they walk into the store.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to consumer and professional customers about the full Apple product line.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and a best-in-class shopping experience.
* Engage in visual merchandising and maintain product and service knowledge.
* Share product information with team members and customers to drive sales.
* Work towards and exceed sales and service performance goals.
* Support opportunities to learn and develop sales techniques and career progression within the company.
Qualifications
* Age 18 or over and eligible to work in the UK (Right To Work).
