The principle duties include:
* Managing Inbound capacity via the Receipts Schedule, and liaising with Suppliers and Merchandising on any supplier, product or carrier issues.
* Taking receipt of stock onto the Maginus System, and managing the movement of bonded goods via the EMCS System.
* Ensuring compliance with all Bonded warehouse regulations including all period end submissions via the Government gateway.
* Managing the off-site storage 3PL’s and the bonded movement of goods to and from them, and any other Bonded warehouse.
* Managing any product destructions.
* Providing subject matter expertise on HMRC regulations related to the operation of a Bonded Warehouse.
