Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn SolarWinds platform administration. Familiarity with IT service desk environments and ticketing processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Responsibilities: Monitor and action SolarWinds alerts, events, and customer raised MaaS tickets. Perform initial investigation, triage, and escalation. Maintain data accuracy across monitored estates (node status, polling, alert configuration). Work closely with the Service Desk to ensure timely ticket updates and customer communication. Assist in enhancing monitoring configuration, dashboards, and alerting logic under guidance from senior engineers. Support platform health checks, documentation updates, and basic troubleshooting of SolarWinds modules (NPM, SAM, etc.). Follow service management processes including Incident, Request, Problem, and Event Management.
