Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out include:
* helping with washing and dressing
* Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
* finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
* general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
* supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
Typical Shift patterns for Night Contracts include 8pm until 8am.
To be a carer at Springcare, you should have:
* compassion, sensitivity and understanding

* people skills and excellent communication skills
* patience and the ability to keep calm and work well under pressure
