Job Description
We're Hiring: Service Coordinator | Construction Equipment Stirling
Based at our client's busy Stirling depot
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm | 40 hours per week, Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm) on a rota
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls
2. Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers, parts, and resources
3. Manage the end-to-end process of service and repair activities
4. Open and close service jobs, create purchase orders and invoices
5. Inspect equipment across the workshop, yard, and wash bay
6. Assist with team meetings, toolbox talks, and support training
7. Step in for the Service Delivery Manager when needed
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar coordination role within the construction equipment industry
* A strong grasp of servicing and repair terminology
* Ability to read and understand technical parts catalogues
* First-class communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Solid IT skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive mindset and confidence working independently
