Our client is a highly respected, staff-first organisation focused on the positive aspects of the property sector. They are a UK-wide property consultancy specializing in capital markets, planning, business rates, property management, and landlord and tenant services. Valuation is considered their core expertise. Due to internal promotions, they seek an Associate Director-level valuer to focus on loan security-focused residential and commercial valuations.
Based in their West End, London office, this team handles diverse valuation assignments across Central London and the South East, working with leading high street and challenger banks. The UK team comprises about 30 members, half based in London. The company promotes an inclusive, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
* Produce high-standard Red Book valuation reports.
* Lead by example and mentor junior team members.
* Follow internal processes, lender requirements, and RICS regulations.
* Build professional relationships through networking.
Candidate Requirements:
* MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
* Experience in preparing clear reports, providing strategic property advice, and conducting due diligence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kel, and Argus.
* Experience in statutory, development, and investment valuations across various asset types.
* Willingness to oversee and support junior colleagues.
