As our new Warehouse Inventory Operative, you’ll play a key role at the heart of our warehouse “engine room”, keeping stock flowing efficiently and accurately across the business. Valid FLT Licence is required.
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–15:30
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Inventory Operative:
In this multi-skilled role, you’ll rotate across the full range of warehouse functions, including:
Inventory Management:
* Optimising storage locations for maximum efficiency
* Physically reorganising stock to support FIFO principles
* Monitoring and reporting stock levels
* Conducting regular cycle counts and audits
* Tracking stock movements using the WMS
* Suggesting and implementing layout improvements
General Warehouse Operations:
* Goods-in receiving and inspection
* Stock storage, replenishment and housekeeping
* Picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders
* Returns management
* Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, clean working environment
