AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a International legal organisation who are currently recruiting for a Employment Law Associate to Join their growing legal team. This is a great opportunity for a talented and driven individual to develop their expertise within the employment law sector.
Main Duties:
* Advising on employment law, attendance issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures and termination of employment
* Aspects of HR documentation
* Supporting Partners in handling complex cases
* Assisting with Employment /TUPE Support, and due diligence tasks
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
* Assisting with management training and workshops
Key requirements:
* Qualified with 1-4 years PQE employment law experience
* A good understanding of employment legislation and employment tribunal procedure
* Transactional support experience
* Ability to work on multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
