As a Hearcare Operations Manager at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll ensure all administration and clinic scheduling are completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, always putting the customers first.
Main tasks include: clinic management, stock management & ordering, operational compliance, health & safety, invoicing, banking, and ensuring KPIs are met.

* Full-time - 37.5 hours, including weekends

What we’re looking for?
* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment
* Excellent admin and organisational skills
* Comfortable in a face-to-face environment, greeting customers as they come into the store
* Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
* Great team player
* Positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt
Desirable skills:
* Previous experience in an administrative or face-to-face customer service role
