Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic NPD (New Product Development) Graduate to join our innovative Technical team. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in developing new potato products, from concept through to launch, supporting product innovation and continuous improvement across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Assist with formulation and product development trials under the guidance of experienced NPD professionals. Support sensory testing, shelf life assessments, and quality evaluations. Contribute to the documentation and reporting of development projects. Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Technical, Production, and Marketing teams. Participate in research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation. Learning & Development Gain practical experience in food science and product development. Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and quality assurance.
