This plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various tasks related to inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain principles.
Important Notice: This role is a 12-hour shift pattern, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. The pattern will be 4 days on, and 4 days off. This role is on-site at Hursley.
Required Skills:
1. Clearance of SC and NPPV3 or are eligible for it.
2. To handle incoming technical support incidents, requests and changes.
3. Management of personal call queue, ensuring calls are closed in a timely fashion.
4. Provide updates and ensure ongoing customer communication is maintained.
5. Resolution of calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries.
6. Escalation of calls to 3rd Line Team as necessary.
7. To work as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of Engineers.
8. Provide excellent customer service.
