Opportunity
An experienced Band 6 physiotherapist is invited to join the Musculoskeletal Service at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust as a Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Key Requirements
* Full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
* Ability to work across various clinics and CLCH sites in Barnet.
* Part‑time hours; role is not eligible for sponsorship.
* Demonstrate alignment with the Trust’s values: Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion and Empowerment.
* Additional qualifications and experience to be assessed against the attached Job Description and Person Specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Be professional, legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including management of patients in your care.
* Ensure a consistently high level of clinical care for patients and support peers to do likewise.
* Provide an equal and equitable service for all patients, including those from harder‑to‑reach population groups.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments using investigative and analytical skills.
* Seek support via supervision, peer discussion, senior colleague input and team case discussions when necessary.
* Use a variety of evidence‑based assessment and treatment techniques, in accordance with national guidelines and trust policy.
* Demonstrate compassion, empathy and sensitivity while providing care for patients with acute, chronic and complex presentations.
* Independently refer to other health agencies (e.g. Physiotherapy Specialties, Podiatry, Biomechanics) and joint multi‑disciplinary assessment when appropriate.
