About the role

Are you currently studying towards a degree related to Data & Reporting?
We have a great new opportunity for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join us on a 12-month placement, working within our MI and reporting teams. You will play a key role in creating and producing insightful analysis and performance management information to support the Customer Directorate.
You will support the MI and Data Analysis Manager in producing and maintaining timely reports through developing scorecards, front-end dashboards, and detailed data analysis to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
About you
We are looking for someone working towards a degree in a related subject.
You should have excellent attention to detail, be naturally analytical and solution-focused, and strive to deliver high-quality service to customers.
You will be proficient in MS Office 365, including advanced Excel skills.
We seek proactive and self-motivated individuals with a drive to provide an exceptional customer experience.
