Your Role as Retail Manager:
* Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding retail service
* Drive store performance through KPIs, sales, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For: We're looking for candidates who have:
* Experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Deputy Manager in retail
* A proven ability to drive sales, performance, and team engagement
* Confidence, proactivity, and a passion for retail
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive store atmosphere
