To support our growing CRM portfolio, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in managing CRM and systems change programmes, who can own delivery end-to-end across a mix of fixed-scope, agile, and multi-phase programmes.
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position for a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager who can confidently own client engagements from contract signature through to go-live and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for leading project delivery across CRM and commercial transformation programmes, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships. While you won’t be expected to define the solution itself, you’ll work closely with Solution Architects, engineers, CRM specialists, data analysts, and consultants to keep delivery on track, aligned, and commercially sound.
Projects may be delivered using fixed-scope models, agile methods, or structured as multi-phase transformation programmes depending on client context. You’ll need to be comfortable adapting your approach to suit the shape, scale, and cadence of each engagement.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients throughout delivery, managing expectations, navigating blockers, and ensuring outcomes are met.
Ideal candidates will come from a Salesforce partner, CRM consultancy, or systems integration background, and will have experience managing multi-system projects with commercial visibility and technical complexity.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a CRM consultancy, Salesforce partner, or systems integrator
* Proven ability to lead CRM and systems transformation projects, ideally including CRM re-platforming from tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
* Experience managing a variety of delivery models, including fixed-scope, agile-style, and multi-phase programmes
* Highly confident in client-facing environments, able to chair project governance meetings, participate in steering committees, and manage executive-level stakeholders
* Skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, analysts, and QA
* Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills
* Comfortable owning delivery across multiple workstreams, managing risk, tracking progress, and maintaining momentum
* Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how scope, quality, and timeline impact client satisfaction and business success
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics, and the surrounding integration ecosystem
* A delivery-first mindset, with a commitment to clarity, control, and continuous improvement
