This post will support a careers programme that doesn’t just meet the Gatsby Benchmarks but sets the standard for excellence in future-focused education. The postholder will maintain comprehensive records of participation in careers and personal development opportunities, support students in securing work experience placements through liaising with employers and completing related administration. Through working in both schools, the post will align processes and enable strong links between the schools, employers and further education providers.
