Project Support Administrator
to join the journey.

What you'll be doing
* Helping our design team keep projects on track with essential admin support.
* Setting up documents and reports that look slick and professional.
* Organising drawings and technical documents to digital platforms.
* Making sure everything we produce looks on-brand and polished.
* Using tools like InDesign and becoming the go-to for great-looking templates & reports.
* Keeping project files in order so the senior team can focus on the big stuff.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything on day one - but you should bring:
* A positive, can-do attitude and curiosity to learn new things
* Great attention to detail (you like things neat and accurate)
* The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
* Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (bonus points for familiarity with design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator etc, but we'll teach you if not)
* Previous experience in providing administrative support would be great, but it's not essential.
