Senior Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
1. Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | OTE £50,000+ (uncapped)
2. Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Our client, a leading main dealership, is seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team in Warwick. This role offers excellent earning potential, strong career development, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Vehicle Technician:
4. Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets.
6. Maintain compliance with manufacturer training and quality standards.
7. Perform vehicle health checks with 100% compliance.
Requirements within this Senior Vehicle Technician:
8. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent).
9. Full UK driving licence.
10. Experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing.
11. MOT Tester qualification (advantageous).
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
13. Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential).
