The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate / Executive QS with experience in Build-to-Rent (BtR) or Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). This role offers exposure to high-profile, multi-million-pound residential and student accommodation projects, working across cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management.
Responsibilities
* Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for large-scale accommodation projects.
* Coordinate contract administration and commercial management activities.
