Job Advert: Junior Sous-Chef
Are you a talented and ambitious chef looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous-Chef to join our team in Andover. We are a bustling kitchen known for our high-quality, modern cuisine and we're looking for a passionate individual to help us maintain our exceptional standards.
In this role, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous-Chef, learning and growing within a supportive environment. You will assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, managing sections, and ensuring all dishes are executed to perfection.
We are looking for someone who has:

References: A stable work history with few gaps in your references is preferred, as all candidates will undergo vetting.

Proven experience working in a professional kitchen

A strong passion for food and a desire to learn

The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A successful enhanced DBS check is a condition of employment.
