CAT C Driver | Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain

Pay: £16.00 per hour
The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a CAT C Driver for ongoing multi-drop work based in Crawley, working within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 start
* Rate of Pay: £16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
* Operate a CAT C vehicle to various UK destinations, delivering palatalised loads with an electric pump truck.
* Complete a mix of commercial and residential deliveries in line with Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain operational standards.
* Handball smaller items off the vehicle where required - some heavy lifting involved.
* Conduct full pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, including tyres, fluids, and safety equipment.
* Communicate with the transport manager daily to ensure timely and professional delivery schedules are met.
* Adhere strictly to road safety and company delivery policies.
Requirements
* Valid Category C Licence
* CPC & Digi Tacho Card
* Previous multi-drop experience essential
* Knowledge or experience in Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain preferred
