Salary: £37,000 per annum plus bonus
Location: Knottingley
An exciting opportunity to be a key player at the beginning of a new business venture. Help build and grow a new Road Sweeper division at TIP. If you value team spirit, staff safety, and skill enhancement, we have many opportunities across Europe.
What will you be doing?
* Grow a new business division.
* Build TIP's reputation in the UK Road Sweeper market.
* Develop product offerings and service delivery.
* Manage branch Profit and Loss.
* Manage, coach, and support staff for efficiency.
* Conduct branch CV analysis by customer.
* Support staff training and development.
* Develop strategies to achieve net income goals.
* Maximize branch productivity with key measures.
* Evaluate fleet status and coordinate with Asset Management.
* Focus on customer service and revenue.
* Implement cost and productivity improvements.
* Support sales team efforts.
* Manage recharge profitability and related activities.
* Ensure EH&S policy adherence and branch cleanliness.
* Reduce delinquency and invoice queries.
* Negotiate labor rates and communicate policies.
* Drive vendor management for quality and cost control.
Note: Duties may change based on future developments or management directives.
Who we're looking for?
* Experience in the Road Sweeper or related market is advantageous.
* Experience in growing a business or unit.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Customer service with a positive attitude.
* Understanding of product-service relation and benefits.
* Proficiency with business systems and procedures.
* Knowledge of fleet management and cost control.
* Clear communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
* Analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
