Durlston Partners is working with an elite-level Hedge Fund that is looking for a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join their team.
Role
* Front Line: Direct support for Traders, Quants, and C-Suite (White-Glove Service)
* Automation: Use PowerShell/Python to kill repetitive tasks
* Speed: Resolve critical trade-floor issues in real-time
Qualifications
* 4+ years in Desktop Support (Hedge Fund/Quant Trading background preferred)
* Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals and hardware troubleshooting
* A “fix it once, fix it right” mentality
