Based near Radstock, this chartered accountancy firm is undergoing positive growth, and the Partners are looking for a key right-hand support to lead on the management and delivery of accounting, tax and wider services, while adding value to clients on advisory and planning projects. Joining this firm as Client Manager, you will bring your background as an all-round accounts and tax professional to service sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs/SMEs with a hands-on approach, alongside managing the full delivery and building client relationships. You will also lead on delivering added-value, advisory and planning work, and contribute to mentoring and training within your team.
This role offers a pathway to a senior role within the firm, with opportunities for career progression toward Director/Partner levels.
Responsibilities
* Manage delivery of accounting, tax and wider services for clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
* Lead on advisory and planning projects and build client relationships.
* Manage and mentor team members, including review and training responsibilities.
* Work closely with Partners as key right-hand support to drive growth and value for clients.
* Contribute to the firm’s progression and development plans for staff and client service.
Qualifications
* Qualified or studying with any of AAT, ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
* Experience in an accountancy practice at various sizes (small, medium, or larger independent or Top 50/Top Tier firms).
* Strong background in accounts and tax with an all-round practice focus and aim for career progression.
Job Offer
