You will be responsible for:
* Telephoning prospects to promote the company’s services and products
* Following up and qualifying leads from the CRM system
* Explaining the products and services offered delivering a scripted sales pitch
* Gathering information and verifying details
* Answering product related customer questions
* Ensuring CRM database is updated and managed
* Supporting the sales team with following up leads
* Supporting the End Customer Team with prospects
* Contribute to the BDM planner for appointments
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a telemarketing role is essential
* Positive and engaging manner
* Able to be inquisitive, proactive and consultative over the phone
* Excellent communication skills and confident talking on the phone
* Previous experience using CRM systems
* IT Literate including MS Outlook and MS Excel
* Confident speaking to a variety of decision makers
* Able to work well as a team
* Strong customer focus with a high standard of service and attention to detail
