Job Description

3. Lead the design and delivery of workforce strategies and people initiatives
4. Provide expert HR advice and challenge conventional practices to drive improvement
5. Coach leaders through organisational change, including TUPE, redundancy, and complex ER cases
6. Deliver projects aligned with strategic goals and workforce planning
7. Use data insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
8. Partner with recruitment, L&D, and OD teams to embed best practices
9. Promote ethical leadership and resolve complex people issues with professionalism
10. Influence senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement in people practices

The Successful Applicant

11. Degree in HR, OD, or related field, with CIPD Level 5 or above
12. Strong experience managing complex people and organisational challenges
13. Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement
14. Proficient in using data to drive decisions and shape strategy
15. Deep understanding of employment law and employee relations
16. Experienced in leading change and delivering impactful HR projects
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
18. Able to navigate sensitive conversations and promote ethical leadership
