SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
BDA London | Full-time | London
BDA London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across the business and help shape how it evolves over time.
This role is for someone who understands that project management is not just tracking timelines or managing tasks. It’s about creating clarity, structure, and accountability so teams can deliver high-quality work consistently.
You should be comfortable turning ambiguity into a clear plan, aligning teams around it, and improving how delivery works in a practical, collaborative way.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Director, creative leadership, and commercial team to strengthen delivery across the business.
⸻
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for leading delivery across projects while helping to evolve BDA’s project management approach over time.
This is not about coming in and redesigning everything from day one. The role will evolve in phases. Initially, the focus is on bringing clarity, visibility, and structure to current projects. Over time, you’ll work with Operations and leadership to shape and embed more consistent delivery systems.
Your job is to bring structure where there has historically been ambiguity, without slowing the business down.
You’ll translate scopes into clear plans, align teams around delivery, and ensure projects run with visibility, ownership, and commercial awareness.
This role sits at the point where strategy meets execution.
⸻
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading projects end-to-end from brief through to delivery
• Translating scopes into structured plans with clear phases, timelines, and ownership
• Creating visibility across projects, including status, risks, resourcing, and timelines
• Bringing clarity to live projects and improving how delivery is coordinated day to day
• Working closely with Operations and leadership to gradually shape and embed project management structures
• Partnering with Account and Commercial teams to ensure scopes are realistic and deliverable
• Working with Operations to align resource planning with actual capacity
• Reducing rework and delivery pressure by ensuring clarity early in the process
• Supporting disciplined change control when scope shifts occur
• Contributing to the evolution of tools, systems, and planning rhythms over time
⸻
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Strong experience in project management within a creative or agency environment
• A track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• The ability to turn ambiguity into clear, structured plans
• Confidence working across creative, commercial, and operational teams
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset — not overly process-heavy or bureaucratic
• Comfort operating in a business that is evolving and improving its systems
You should be comfortable being firm but fair, bringing structure while maintaining collaboration.
We’re looking for someone who believes the creative industry can work better, and is motivated to improve how delivery happens in a practical way.
⸻

⸻
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
