An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to become part of an integrated clinical workforce at HMP Humber. Pharmacy Technicians are forming an essential part of our excellence in care long-term plan and as a result are taking on more diverse patient-facing roles. No two days are the same when working in our friendly and supportive team.
We aim to be flexible in matching your availability with our work patterns and the needs of the service and therefore we are also able to offer part time and flexible working options.
Responsibilities
* Support and develop the skills of pharmacy technicians to provide a varied range of services as well as some dispensary-based work.
* Work as part of an integrated clinical workforce to deliver patient care in a diverse, fast-paced setting.
* Contribute to the organisation’s long-term excellence in care as part of our team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services.
* Registered pharmacy technician.
* Accuracy checking pharmacy technician would be desirable; training would be provided after a probationary period.
