Residential Property Associate - Swindon
A strong regional firm. A supportive team. A role with real scope to grow.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Associate to join a thriving, well-established team in Swindon - part of a Top 100 firm known for its human approach, high-quality work, and long-term career development.
You'll be joining a team that supports clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives. Whether it's their first step onto the ladder or the latest in a growing portfolio, you'll guide them with clarity, care and technical confidence.
The work is varied, the client base is diverse, and the support to grow is real.
You'll manage your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages and more complex matters. You'll be trusted to work independently, but never in isolation - this is a team that collaborates closely, shares knowledge, and values each other's input.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
* Working directly with clients - providing clear, commercially aware advice at every stage of the process
* Building strong relationships with agents, brokers and other third parties
* Supporting the continued growth of the team through business development and relationship-building
* Contributing to team initiatives, mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate, and taking a proactive approach to professional development
What we're looking for:
* A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx with strong experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling a full range of residential property work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills - calm, clear and solution-focused
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and values a culture of mutual respect and support
* A commercially minded lawyer who understands the importance of service, efficiency and clarity
Why this firm?

This isn't just another legal role. It's a chance to build a rewarding career in a firm where your work matters, your voice is heard, and your wellbeing is genuinely prioritised.
If you're ready to take the next step in residential property - with the support and autonomy to really thrive - we'd love to hear from you.
