As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in Acute Care and Oncology, your responsibilities will include: Delivering and evaluating clinical pharmacy services to Oncology departments. Providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to meet patient and healthcare professional needs. Implementing medicine management systems for Oncology and Acute Care. Acting as a role model and providing clinical supervision and teaching to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff.
