Senior Consultant – Data Science & Marketing Effectiveness (MMM)
London (Hybrid) | £40,000–£55,000 + 10% Bonus
I’m currently working with a leading global analytics consultancy that specialises in marketing effectiveness and AI-driven solutions, supporting major international clients across retail, automotive, financial services, and consumer sectors.
They are looking for a Data Scientist to join their growing team, focusing on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and broader marketing effectiveness projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to work on high-impact analytics projects, gain exposure to global clients, and develop strong modelling and consulting skills in a structured, fast-paced environment.
The role:
* Work on MMM and marketing effectiveness projects from data through to insight
* Analyse marketing, customer, and campaign data to drive performance improvements
* Build and apply statistical models (regression, econometrics, Bayesian methods)
* Support development of dashboards and visualisations
* Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations
* Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to client delivery
What they’re looking for:
* 1–3 years’ experience in data science, analytics, or marketing analytics (including internships)
* Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools
* Exposure to statistical modelling (regression/econometrics)
* Experience working with marketing, media, or customer data (or strong interest in this area)
* Strong communication skills and interest in client-facing work
Package:
* £40,000–£55,000 base salary
* 10% performance bonus
* Hybrid working (Central London office)
