With an enviable client base across Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Retail and Manufacturing, they are now hiring a Global Microsoft Practice Director to lead and scale their Microsoft business worldwide.

* Recognition as a top-tier Microsoft partner through advanced AI, Data & Industry Cloud designations.
The Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years’ experience in Microsoft alliances, consulting, or practice leadership.
* Proven ability to scale global Microsoft practices with measurable outcomes.
* Deep expertise in Azure AI, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform, and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
* Gravitas to influence Microsoft executives, C-level clients, and global partner ecosystems.
* Strong commercial instincts with a pipeline-first mindset.
