Our client, a fast:growing online hospitality booking platform, is seeking an ambitious and commercially:minded Head of Growth to join their leadership team. This is a high:impact role for a strategic operator who thrives on driving revenue, building commercial models, and taking full accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth through lead nurturing, strategic partnerships, and data:driven growth initiatives.
* Build and implement robust commercial models to optimise profitability.
* Take full P and L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
* Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency and execution across the business.
* Collaborate with cross:functional teams to ensure growth strategies are implemented successfully.
Candidate Profile
* Proven commercial experience with full P and L ownership.
* Hands:on operational experience scaling businesses and delivering results.
* Strong ability to nurture leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
* Analytical, strategic, and data:driven in decision:making.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in hospitality booking platforms or agencies would be highly desirable.
