The Role
You will take on a broad and engaging caseload across commercial and civil disputes, acting for businesses, individuals, and professional clients. Typical matters will include:
* Complex contract claims
* Shareholder, director, and partnership disputes
* Property and boundary disputes
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
* Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
* Professional and business reputation matters
* Debt recovery and enforcement

The Candidate
* 5+ years PQE in commercial and/or civil litigation
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset
* Comfortable building relationships and contributing to business development
