Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to nurture and grow relationships within our existing customer portfolio. In this role, you will focus on maximising account value through strategic engagement, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction to drive sustainable revenue growth. Unlike traditional BDR roles focused on cold outreach, you will be instrumental in strengthening long-term partnerships and unlocking new business potential within our current client base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving business needs and objectives.
2. Identify and qualify expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, renewals) across our product and service portfolio.
3. Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute tailored account growth strategies.
4. Educate clients on new product features, service enhancements, and value-added offerings to drive adoption and expansion.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
