This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to join a friendly and professional team in a fully on-site capacity. The Role: The successful candidate will work closely with Conveyancing Executives, supporting a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the full lifecycle of conveyancing files, specifically sale and purchase matters Issue contract packs in line with legal procedures Support with the exchange and completion process Prepare and manage documentation related to completions Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records and ensure case management systems are updated What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Confidence in issuing contract packs and managing pre- and post-completion tasks Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and communication skills A proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a busy, office-based role Additional Information: Fully on-site role in Wakefield City Centre with excellent transport links Supportive working environment with real career development prospects Salary: Up to £26,000
